British prog legend U.K., whose short career spanned from 1977 to 1980, re-united earlier this year in line-up from their second album Danger Money (1979). John Wetton - bass and vocals (ex-Family, King Crimson, Uriah Heep, still working with Asia), Eddie Jobson - keyboards and violin (ex-Curved Air, Roxy Music, Frank Zappa) and Terry Bozzio - drums (ex-Frank Zappa) toured United States succesfully and for this May's European tour Wetton and Jobson joined forces with Australian guitar prodigy Alex Machacek and drummer Gary Husband (Allan Holdsworth, John McLaughlin and many others). This actual version of U.K. will play their Prague premiere on May 29th at Lucerna Music Bar as part of Prague International Bluenight series. In June, "American" line-up of Wetton-Jobson-Bozzio will play five dates in Japan, where they taped their third and final album, a live recording Night After Night in 1979.
